Role Description
The Medical Doctor will provide comprehensive clinical care to patients, including taking medical histories, performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include managing outpatient and inpatient cases, coordinating with specialists in laparoscopic surgery, gynecology, and other departments, and ensuring accurate documentation in medical records. The role also involves counseling patients and families,



participating in clinical meetings, adhering to hospital protocols, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based at JSM Hospital in Raipur, requiring regular presence in the hospital and participation in shift or on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and valid medical license/registration as required by local regulations.
- Clinical experience in general medicine; exposure to laparoscopic surgery, gynecology, or obstetrics care is an advantage.
- Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment planning.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, nurses, and allied health professionals.
- Commitment to ethical medical practice, patient safety, and maintaining accurate medical documentation.
- Good communication skills
