We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Executive to manage and nurture relationships with our existing clients. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth communication, timely follow-ups, project coordination, and high levels of client satisfaction.
The candidate will work closely with Project Managers, Technical Teams, and Management to ensure client expectations are met while identifying opportunities to strengthen long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements, concerns, and business objectives.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the engagement.
Client Communication
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding ongoing projects.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and review calls.
- Collect client feedback and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Maintain clear and professional communication via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
Account Management
- Monitor the overall health of assigned client accounts.
- Ensure timely delivery of commitments in coordination with internal teams.
- Track client requests and follow up until closure.
- Maintain records of client communications, feedback, and action items.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with Project Managers and technical teams regarding client requirements.
- Track project progress and communicate updates to clients.
- Escalate risks or issues proactively to management.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending approvals and deliverables.
Customer Success
- Conduct periodic client satisfaction reviews.
