Role Description
The Shopify Merchandiser will manage and optimize Aari India’s online storefront, ensuring that products are accurately listed, visually appealing, and easy to discover. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and updating product listings, organizing collections, maintaining product information, and coordinating imagery and descriptions to reflect brand standards.



The role involves monitoring site performance, adjusting merchandising strategies based on sales trends and customer behavior, and collaborating with design, marketing, and operations teams to support campaigns and inventory planning. The Merchandiser will help improve the customer journey by refining navigation, search, and product presentation, while maintaining a consistent brand voice. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Qualifications
- Experience with Shopify store management, including product listing, collection creation, and basic theme configuration.
- Strong e-commerce merchandising skills, such as organizing product assortments, optimizing navigation, and improving on-site search and filters.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to interpret sales metrics, conversion rates, and customer behavior for merchandising decisions.
