We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Sourcing & Product Development to drive sourcing initiatives and current product development for our Home Textile business. The role involves identifying and developing suppliers, managing product development cycles, negotiating costs, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products. The ideal candidate should have experience working with premium home textile brands and a strong understanding of market trends, materials, and product innovations.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sourcing & Product Development.
- Experience working with premium brands is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, textile constructions, trims, packaging, and product development processes.
- Hands-on experience in vendor development, supplier management, costing, and negotiations.
- Exposure to premium retail, export, or branded home textile businesses.
- Ability to manage multiple product development projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
