Maccure Hospital Private Limited is a technology-forward hospital group in West Delhi, operating Maccure Hospital (Janakpuri & Dwarka — premium, private-pay maternity, paediatrics and IVF) and Aastha Hospital (Tilak Nagar — NABH-accredited multispecialty, empanelled with CGHS, ECHS, DGEHS, ESIC and PM-JAY), led by Dr. Geeta Jain (Obstetrician-Gynaecologist & IVF Specialist, 25+ years) and Dr. Sanjay K. Jain (Senior Paediatrician & Neonatologist).

We run one of the most advanced automation stacks in Indian private healthcare: a self-hosted n8n instance with 20+ live production workflows, Zoho CRM managing the full patient lead lifecycle, WhatsApp Business API automation, AI-generated content pipelines, and integrated social and CRM systems across three hospital branches. This is not a legacy healthcare IT setup — it is a contemporary, founder-led automation function that runs real patient journeys end to end.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Vikaspuri office for an AI Automation Engineer — n8n, LLM Integrations & AI Agents.



You will own and expand our automation and AI-agent infrastructure, reporting directly to founder-leadership, working on live systems from day one rather than sandbox projects.

Key Responsibilities

*Workflow & Systems Automation*
- Build, maintain and scale automation workflows on our self-hosted n8n instance — covering lead engagement, antenatal care journeys, post-delivery follow-up, event funnels and patient nurture sequences
- Design and maintain webhook and REST API integrations between Zoho CRM, WhatsApp Business API (AiSensy) and other connected platforms
- Own error-handling, monitoring, version control and documentation for all production workflows
- Troubleshoot and optimise existing workflows for reliability and performance

*LLM Integration & AI Agents*
- Integrate LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) into business workflows — prompt design, structured outputs, function/tool calling
