Industry Experience (must have): Engineering Services / IT Services
Experience: 3-6 years of M&A; execution (Buy side preferred)
Education background: CA or MBA (IIM/ISB)
Role & responsibilities
- Execution of M&A; deals.
- Managing due diligence process (internal team and external advisors) and summarizing DD findings.
- Preparing business case and valuation models.
- Drafting and review of NBO/Term Sheets.
- Preparing deal presentations for management/board.
- Working on market research and M&A; strategy.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong excel modelling skills
- Candidates should be from Tier 1 B-Schools or qualified CA(Mandatory)
- Prior experience in IT/ITES/Engineering Services or Investment Banking-TMT(Mandatory)
- Strong valuation skills DCF/IRR analysis, comparable valuation, payback period
- Solid PowerPoint skills
- Good communication skills
