About This Opportunity
We are seeking an End-to-End IMS Expert (Ericsson & Nokia) to join our team. This role will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of IMS domains across Ericsson and Nokia network architectures, covering design, configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting and service assurance.
As a senior subject matter expert, you will ensure network stability, performance, scalability and security, while supporting operations, transformation and managed services handover initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with L2/L3 support teams, vendors and customer stakeholders.

What You Will Do
- Provide end-to-end technical ownership of IMS networks across Ericsson platforms.
- Perform configuration, upgrades, updates and redeployment activities across Packet Core and IMS nodes as part of incident resolution or planned changes.
- Handle incident, problem and change management, including review and closure of TT, CR and AT on a daily basis.
- Act as Expert support for complex network issues impacting data and voice services.




- Ensure compliance with MSTOP processes, operational governance and best practices.
- Ensure security policies, password policies, access controls and audits are implemented and periodically reviewed across all nodes.Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and
- preventive actions to improve network stability and reduce recurring issues.
- Support managed service handover, knowledge transfer and shadowing activitiesfor operations teams.
- Contribute to the creation, review and enhancement of SOPs, runbooks and operational procedures.
- Actively participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews and optimization initiatives to improve overall network performance and customer experience.
- Coordinate with vendor support, engineering teams and customer stakeholders during major incidents, changes and network upgrades.
