Role Description
We are hiring for the role of Beauty D2C Generalist (Founder's office) in a full-time, on-site leadership position based in Mumbai. This role will be part of the founding operating team and will be among the first 5 hires in the company. The individual will lead strategy and execution for the D2C channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Own D2C P&L;
- Plan and execute performance marketing across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms
- Improve conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (LTV)
- Lead retention initiatives across email, WhatsApp, and CRM journeys
- Manage website operations including merchandising, product pages, landing pages, and checkout optimization
- Build dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly performance tracking
Candidate Profile – MUST HAVE
- Atleast 2 years of experience in managing D2C for startups in beauty, personal care, health and wellness category
- Already located in Mumbai/ Thane/ Navi Mumbai
Candidate Profile (Skills)
- Hands on experience with Shopify
- Hands on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Compensation & Advantages
10-20 lac annual fixed salary with performance linked incentives and equity linked payouts
