Job Summary

We are seeking a Financial Analyst with experience in credit assessment and financial analysis for unsecured business loans. The ideal candidate should be capable of analyzing bank statements, assessing customer repayment capacity, evaluating financial health, and supporting credit underwriting decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer bank statements to assess cash flow, income, and repayment capacity.
- Review financial statements, including Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Conduct credit appraisal for unsecured business loan applications.
- Calculate key financial ratios and prepare credit assessment reports.
- Verify business turnover, banking transactions, and financial stability.
- Identify risk factors, unusual transactions, and potential fraud indicators.
- Prepare MIS reports and portfolio performance reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Credit, and Operations teams for timely loan processing.
- Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.




- Recommend loan eligibility based on financial analysis and risk assessment.

Required Qualifications
- B.Com and MBA (Finance) are mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Credit Underwriting, NBFC, Banking, or Unsecured Lending.
- Hands-on experience in Bank Statement Analysis is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and ratio analysis.
- Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, formulas).
- Knowledge of GST, ITR, banking transactions, and credit assessment is preferred.
- Positive analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
