Job Summary

We are hiring for
Product Manager PM-L1 and PM-L2
levels. The final level will be determined based on the candidate's experience, product ownership, and interview performance. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining product strategy, identifying customer problems, driving AI-first product development, and delivering scalable web and mobile solutions. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Business, and Growth teams to create products that enhance learner experiences while achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Discovery
- Translate business strategy into a explicit product vision, roadmap, and execution milestones.
- Conduct customer discovery through interviews with students, mentors, employers, and internal stakeholders.
- Apply Jobs-to-Be-Done (JTBD) methodology, customer journey mapping, and user research to identify opportunities.




- Perform market research, competitive analysis, prospect sizing, and build-versus-buy evaluations.
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

AI-First Product Development
- Design and deliver AI-powered product features using:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- AI Agents
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Intelligent automation workflows
- Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Design Requirement Documents (DRDs).
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and QA teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, prioritization, and release planning across multiple initiatives.

Product Analytics & Growth
- Define product success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement event tracking and product instrumentation.
