to lead and drive our international telesales function from Chennai. This role is responsible for delivering sales growth by leading a high-performing sales team focused on acquiring new business across international markets.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic and results-oriented sales leader with extensive experience in inside sales, telesales, or B2B sales. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching and developing the team, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring consistent achievement of business objectives while maintaining a customer-first approach.
