Role Description
This is a full-time Junior System Administrator role based in Ahmadabad.. The Junior System Administrator will monitor, maintain, and optimize servers, operating systems, and core IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance. Daily responsibilities include managing user accounts and permissions, applying patches and updates, performing backups and restores, and implementing security best practices. The role involves troubleshooting system and network issues, providing technical support to internal teams,



and coordinating with other IT specialists to resolve incidents and improve overall reliability. The System Administrator will also participate in infrastructure planning, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with IRVx Softwork Labs standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage Jira Service Management, IT support workflows, and service requests
- Manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive & Microsoft Entra ID)
- Perform Microsoft 365 tenant migrations and cloud migration projects
- Administer Azure resources, virtual machines, networking, storage, and security Configure and manage MFA, Conditional Access, and identity security
- Administer Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and File Servers
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and enterprise networks
