1. Role Overview

Unravel 3D is a B2B SaaS, cloud-native, AI-powered 3D engineering analysis platform for mechanical, simulation, ER&D;, and engineering services teams.

We are looking for a Founding Sales Leader to help us win our first customers, build early sales pipelines, and create a repeatable B2B sales motion from the ground up.

This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, persistent, and comfortable selling a technical product to engineering and business decision-makers.

: Any industrial area with companies in manufacturing, automotive or allied sectors. Chennai or Bengaluru preferred.
2. Key Responsibilities

2.1. Lead Generation and Outreach
- Identify and reach out to potential customers in ER&D;, engineering services, automotive, manufacturing, and simulation-led companies.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach, referrals, events, networks, and industry research.
- Build relationships with founders, business heads, engineering leaders, and technical decision-makers.

Sales Conversion and Pipeline Management
- Set up demos, follow up with prospects, and help convert pilots into paying customers.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and help create repeatable scripts, qualification criteria, and follow-up processes.
- Support customer onboarding, pilot conversion, renewals, and account expansion.

2.3. Market Feedback and GTM Insights
- Track customer pain points around CAE, CAD, simulation, license costs, workstation dependency, and fragmented workflows.
- Share market feedback, objections, pricing insights, and competitor information with the founding team.
3. Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, enterprise sales, SaaS sales, industrial sales, or technical product sales.
- High ownership, persistence, and comfort working in an early-stage startup.
