Your Role And Responsibilities
As an IBM Maximo Lead, you would be responsible for
- Be a trusted Advisor of the Customer on IBM Maximo.




- Guide and implement strategy to transform customer business needs into a technically viable solution
- Implement solutions within defined architectural guardrails, principles and framework.
- Work on IBM Maximo – configurations, workflows etc. Provide development support, deployment support, post go-live support.
- Responsible for IBM Maximo integration across systems within customer landscape.
- Be the central point of connect across various teams working on the solution.
- Be the technical SPOC for customer and guide them with your technical expertise
- Act as a mentor to junior engineers and guide them on IBM Maximo technology. Conduct workshops and client interactions for requirements gathering, gap analysis, and functional design.
- Develop migration strategy, data migration mappings, size and estimate the migration and new implementation work
- Lead migration of legacy Maximo systems (e.g., 7.6.x) to Maximo Application Suite (MAS) on OpenShift.
