Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Visa Executive to join our Study Abroad team. The ideal candidate will assist students and clients with visa documentation, application processing, and compliance requirements for countries such as Australia. Fresh graduates with excellent communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student and visitor visa applications from start to finish.
- Verify academic, financial, and personal documents for accuracy.
- Guide clients on visa documentation and application requirements.
- Prepare and review visa files before submission.
- Coordinate with universities, colleges, embassies, and internal counsellors.
- Track application status and keep clients informed.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and document management system.
- Ensure compliance with immigration policies and visa regulations.
- Assist clients in completing visa application forms.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Resolve client queries professionally and promptly.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Robust documentation and file management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in visa processing, admissions, customer service, or administration is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Australia visa processes.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Experience in documentation or study abroad consultancy will be an advantage.
