Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Branch Sales Manager role based in Agra. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee branch-level sales operations, drive achievement of loan and revenue targets,



and ensure effective customer acquisition and retention. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, allocating and reviewing daily activities, and monitoring performance against branch goals. The role involves developing local market strategies, building relationships with small business and retail customers, and coordinating with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing. The Branch Sales Manager will also be accountable for compliance with company policies, risk management, and maintaining high standards of service quality and documentation at the branch.
