Post Qualification Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR Processes, Data Analysis, Reporting, or Project Coordination in the domain of Organisation Development / Talent Management / Performance Management / Leadership Development

The Leadership and Rewards function exists to enhance the Firm's capability through the alignment of Strategy, Structure, Leadership, Rewards, Metrics, and Management Processes.

The function drives Organisational Effectiveness by supporting Leadership Development, Performance Strategy, and Executive Rewards across the Firm.

ROLE PURPOSE

The Senior Executive,



Leadership Effectiveness will support the execution of Leadership Performance, Talent, and Organisation Effectiveness processes across the Firm through effective Coordination, Governance, Reporting, and Insight Generation.

The role requires a solid blend of Analytical Capability, Project Management, Process Excellence, and Operational Execution to drive high-quality delivery across multiple leadership and performance workstreams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership Performance and Conversations
- Coordinate goal-setting, self-reflection, and performance review processes for Partners and Counsel.
- Prepare reports, trackers, presentations, and meeting materials to support performance discussions and talent reviews.
- Maintain performance records, documentation, and trackers, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Track timelines, action items, and key milestones across performance and development processes.
