Job Title: Business Analyst (Banking Domain)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2–5 years of experience in the Banking domain to join our team. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills, hands-on SQL experience, and expertise in gathering business requirements, preparing functional documentation, and working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. The candidate will play a key role in translating business requirements into functional solutions while ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, process flows, and use cases.

Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Perform data analysis using SQL to validate business requirements and support decision-making.





Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.

Support requirement clarification, impact analysis, and change management activities.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business requirements are met.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Required Skills:

2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Strong experience in the Banking domain.

Hands-on experience writing SQL queries for data analysis and validation.

Experience preparing BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications.

Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
