About the role

We're looking for a creative, curious Social Media Manager to own and grow our UPSC vertical's online presence. You'll build a community of serious aspirants, collaborate with relevant influencers, and help position Asymmetric Labs as the go-to AI-powered platform for UPSC preparation.

What You'll Do:

• Own social media for the UPSC vertical across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Telegram

• Discover and onboard UPSC-focused influencers, educators, and content creators





• Manage end-to-end influencer partnerships — outreach, briefing, content review, performance tracking

• Create and schedule content tailored to UPSC aspirants (current affairs, strategy posts, success stories)

• Engage with the UPSC community and build genuine connections

• Track and report on social metrics

What We're Looking For:

• Fresh graduate or 0-1 year of experience in social media, marketing, or communications

• Strong written communication skills

• Genuine interest in and understanding of the UPSC ecosystem

• Preference for candidates who have appeared for UPSC Prelims — firsthand experience as an aspirant is a strong plus

• Self-starter comfortable in a fast-moving startup

• Bonus: prior UPSC-focused page, community, or personal brand
