Role Description
The Class Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based at the ALLEN center in Bengaluru. This role involves managing daily classroom schedules, ensuring smooth conduct of lectures, and coordinating between faculty, students, and administrative teams. The Class Coordinator will handle student attendance, maintain records,



communicate significant updates and exam information, and support the implementation of academic plans. The role also includes responding to student and parent queries, assisting in organizing tests and academic events, and helping maintain discipline and a positive learning environment. The coordinator will collaborate closely with center management to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to ALLEN’s academic standards.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple classes and schedules efficiently.
