Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Operations Manager to lead complex operational programmes, ensuring strong financial governance, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in skilled services, consulting, government contracting, or financial services environments where governance, compliance, financial management, and executive stakeholder engagement are core responsibilities.

This role requires an individual who can independently manage programme operations, drive financial performance, oversee governance frameworks, and build trusted relationships with senior external clients.

Key Responsibilities





Programme & Operational Management
- Lead multiple concurrent operational workstreams while ensuring timely delivery against programme objectives.
- Develop and maintain programme governance frameworks, operational controls, and performance reporting.
- Identify operational risks, manage mitigation plans, and ensure issues are escalated appropriately.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Financial Management
- Own programme financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, burn rate analysis, invoice management, and financial reporting.
- Monitor programme profitability and financial health while ensuring compliance with financial controls.
- Produce accurate financial reports and provide insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making.

Governance & Reporting
- Prepare executive-level reporting packs covering programme performance, fin
