Role Description
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for leading the financial strategy and overall fiscal management of OPES Healthcare. The CFO will oversee budgeting, forecasting,
and long-term financial planning to support the company’s global operations and growth objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing financial statements and reports, monitoring cash flow, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations, and optimizing capital structure. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership on strategic decisions, evaluating investment opportunities, and providing financial insights to drive operational efficiency. The CFO will also lead the finance team, establish robust internal controls, coordinate audits, and support stakeholder communication with banks, investors, and regulatory bodies.
