Job Description - Marketing Head (Udaipur - PAN INDIA)

About the Role

Wonder IVF & Childcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives across our IVF centers. The ideal candidate should have a solid healthcare marketing background with proven experience in hospitals, fertility clinics, or other clinical healthcare organizations. This role requires frequent travel, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive patient acquisition while enhancing brand visibility across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase patient footfall and brand awareness.
- Plan, execute, and monitor ATL, BTL, digital, and field marketing campaigns across all centers.
- Lead marketing activities including fertility awareness camps, CMEs, health talks, doctor engagement programs, and promotional events.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centers, gynecologists, and healthcare partners.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, creative vendors, digital marketing teams, PR agencies, and media partners.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROI, patient acquisition costs, and marketing KPIs, and present periodic reports to management.
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies across existing and upcoming centers.
- Manage annual marketing budgets and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and adherence to corporate branding guidelines across all centers.
- Work closely with Operations, Clinical, Business Development, and Center Heads to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
