What Youll Do

As an HR Payroll specialist, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of payroll. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end payroll process, including salary calculations, deductions, and disbursements.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Collaborating with the HR team to maintain employee records and manage benefits administration.
- Addressing payroll inquiries and resolving issues raised by employees in a timely manner.
- Assisting in the preparation of payroll reports and providing insights for management decision-making.
- Implementing and maintaining payroll systems and processes to improve efficiency.
- Supporting audits and ensuring that payroll practices align with company standards.
What Were Looking For




- A minimum of 1 to 10 years of experience in payroll processing or HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant legislation.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with HRIS software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
