Role Description
The IR & Compliance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana. This position is responsible for overseeing industrial relations activities, including maintaining positive relationships between management and employees, supporting grievance handling, and promoting fair workplace practices. The role includes monitoring compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies,



as well as ensuring adherence to social, ethical, and safety standards within the factory and office environments. The IR & Compliance Manager will conduct regular audits, prepare reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. Day-to-day tasks also involve training staff on compliance-related topics, coordinating with external auditors and government bodies when required, and supporting management in policy development and continuous improvement initiatives.
