What you'll work on
Position 1 — Meta Ads & Lead Operations
Campaign builds: ad sets, audiences, geo/pin-code targeting, exclusions
Ad copy writing and creative testing — maintaining a live testing log of what wins
Real-time lead monitoring and coordination with our calling team
Meta Ad Library competitor research and creative swipe files
Page and comment management for our Facebook & Instagram presence
Position 2 — Google Ads, Tracking & Reporting
Search campaigns: search term mining,
negative keywords, RSA copy variants
Conversion tracking QA: Meta Pixel, CAPI, GTM, GA4 — learning how signal quality actually drives ad performance
Owning daily performance dashboards: CPL, lead quality, cost per disbursal
Landing page and funnel QA across devices
Weekly performance review preparation
Both interns rotate across platforms during the internship — you leave knowing both Meta and Google Ads.
Who should apply
Fresh graduates or final-year students or anyone available for full-time, in-office work in Gurugram
~6 months of performance marketing experience preferred (a few months also works) — a previous internship, a personal/college project where you ran real campaigns, Meta Blueprint / Google Ads certification with practical application, or freelance client work. You should know your way around Ads Manager or Google Ads at a basic level.
