We work at the intersection of storytelling, design, and social impact - partnering with government administrations, NGOs, and brands to create campaigns and content that drive real change. Our current work includes official communication partnerships with district administrations, NGO campaigns, brand identities, and original film projects.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Communication Lead who will be the backbone of our day-to-day functioning regarding communication. You will ensure our team delivers on time, our clients are kept informed, and our projects run smoothly - This is a coordination and leadership role that sits at the heart of everything we do.

What You Will Do

Communication Coordination
- Follow up daily with team members across design, video, social media, and strategy to ensure tasks are on track
- Identify blockers early and resolve or escalate before they affect delivery




- Keep our project updated - tasks, timelines, and status
- Maintain a clear picture of who is working on what at all times

Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact with government officials and clients in the absence of the Managing Director
- Attend meetings with district administration, NGOs, or partner organisations and represent the agency professionally
- Send timely updates, follow-ups, and project status reports to clients
- Ensure all client deliverables are completed on time and meet quality expectations

Who We Are Looking For

Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in any discipline - MBA, MSW, MA Communication, or equivalent
- 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, agency operations, NGO programme management, or a similar role
- Fresh PG graduates with robust communication skills and a proactive attitude are encouraged to apply
