Application Development and Maintenance

Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and maintain .NET-based applications and services aligned with business requirements.
- Build and integrate AI-driven features (e.g., recommendations, classification, summarization, or automation) into existing and new solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical designs, user stories, and implementation plans.
- Develop clean, reusable, and well-documented code; follow coding standards and best practices.
- Create and maintain unit/integration tests; support CI/CD pipelines and release activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving architecture, performance, and security posture.




- Support AI model/service evaluation by validating outputs, monitoring quality, and refining prompts/logic where applicable.

Minimum Qualifications
- B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 35 years of professional experience in .NET application development.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI capabilities in applications (integration, workflows, or AI services).
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, OOP, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Experience working in collaborative development environments with version control and code review practices.
