The Corporate Tender Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing the country’s Tender Management team, and oversees the end-to-end RFQ process, including evaluation, pricing, bid analysis, and post-evaluation. Ensures timely and competitive tender submissions while providing sales support by aligning tender strategies with customer requirements and business objectives to drive growth.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Lead the Tender Management and Sales Support functions.
- Prepare rates and organize company information for Global & Key Account Customers’ RFI and RFP requests.
- Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation.
- Coordination of tender reviews,



adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers and manage deadlines.
- Coordinate bid submission and analyse data for stakeholders’ review.
- Prepare and share monthly tender dashboard and report with key stakeholders.
- Maintain and update pricing database, as well as provide pricing analysis.
- Maintain and update internal intranet with frequently asked questions obtained within a customer’s RFI.
- Monthly meetings with product to set goals / strategy (e.g. trade lane, carrier, etc.)
- Lead employees to meet the organizations expectations for productivity, quality and goals.
- Develop team members to create a pool of employees ready and willing to take on recent challenges and step up when needed.
