Role Description
The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and supporting revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and lead generation, conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs.



The role also involves managing follow-ups, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. This is a full time, on-site role based in Surat, where the specialist will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to drive business expansion.
