About the Role

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who possess strong Excel skills and are eager to build their career in a fast-paced work environment. The candidate should be proactive, quick to learn, and capable of maintaining high levels of accuracy while handling data.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in Excel and company systems.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain records and reports.
- Generate basic reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect and update information.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
- Complete assigned tasks within the defined timelines.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, data validation, basic functions).
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.




- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
- Energetic, active, and self-motivated personality.

Eligibility
- Any Graduate
- Experience: 0–1 year or Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with valuable Excel knowledge will be preferred.
