Solution Development & Execution

Design warehouse layouts, MHE deployment, automation fitment, and resource planning based on customer requirements and throughput data.

Prepare and submit cost-effective and executable solutions for RFQs, renewals, and proactive proposals.

Create detailed solution documentation including flowcharts, SLAs, SOPs, cost build-ups, and commercial inputs.

Ensure alignment with operational feasibility and profitability benchmarks.

Data Analysis & Tool Use

Analyse historical volume and transaction data to size operations and define resource plans.

Use tools for space utilization, slotting, and productivity estimation to build optimized solutions.

Develop internal benchmarks to support design and pricing decisions.

Customer Engagement

Participate in customer discussions, whiteboarding sessions,



and solution workshops to translate needs into viable solutions.

Present solutions to internal and external stakeholders as required.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with sales, pricing, operations, automation, and procurement teams to build viable and margin-aligned solutions.

Support handover to implementation team’s post-win.

Solution Governance & Agility

Contribute to improved solution win rates by tracking solution performance and conversion.

Maintain documentation and reusable elements to support future solutioning.

Stay agile and versatile to work across different projects and segments based on business priorities.
