Position Overview:

The ASEAN Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations for employees across Malaysia and Philippines.



This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with country-specific statutory, tax, and labor regulations. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for payroll processing, statutory compliance, payroll reconciliations, employee query management, and collaboration with HR, Finance, Tax, and external payroll vendors. Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll/ Relevant payroll application and robust knowledge of multi-country payroll operations are highly preferred.

Youll make a difference by:

1. Payroll Processing
- Process monthly payroll for employees across Malaysia, Philippines, and Indonesia.
- Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salaries, allowances, bonuses, incentives, and other employee payments.
- Process payroll input including new hires, terminations, salary revisions, transfers, promotions, and leave adjustments.
