- Welcome and assist guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
- Manage dining reservations, walk-in guests, waiting lists, and table allocations in coordination with the operations team.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, feedback, and complaints to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Manage guest communication through phone calls, WhatsApp Business, emails, reservation platforms, and interactive dashboards.
- Maintain accurate reservation records, guest profiles, and communication logs.
- Monitor and respond to guest reviews and queries received through online platforms, escalating concerns where necessary.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Kitchen, Bar, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of guest requests and events.
- Share event calendars, promotions,



and updates with guests through WhatsApp Business and other approved communication channels.
- Manage and monitor online ticketing platforms, track ticket sales and availability, and maintain accurate records for events, gigs, and other activities.
- Coordinate closely with the Marketing team to ensure timely communication of campaigns, events, guest promotions, and digital content.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of reservations, VIP visits, celebrations, and special events.
- Maintain a skilled reception area and uphold the restaurant's grooming, hospitality, and service standards.
