ScalAct is hiring Key Account Manager for our client from Box Manufacturing and designing company.
- It is is an Ahmedabad-based packaging solutions company with operations since 2002 .
- The company specializes in designing and manufacturing customized, high-quality, and sustainable packaging products, including corrugated boxes, paper bags, food packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, and retail packaging, serving industries such as food, e-commerce, retail, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods.

Role Description

1. Client Relationship Management

• Act as the single point of contact for assigned B2B client accounts.

• Build long-term, trust-based relationships through timely communication and reliable follow-up.

• Understand each client's business, packaging usage, buying cycle, service expectations, and upcoming

requirements.

• Schedule calls, meetings, and field visits to maintain active engagement with key decision-makers.

2. Requirement Understanding and Internal Briefing

• Capture complete requirements including box type, dimensions, ply/GSM, printing,



finish, quantity, budget, and

delivery timeline.

• Convert client inputs into accurate internal briefs and confirm details before execution.

• Coordinate samples, artwork, specifications, quotations, and order confirmations with relevant teams.

3. End-to-End Order Coordination

• Track each confirmed order from design and material planning through production, quality check, dispatch, and

delivery.

• Follow up proactively on milestones and communicate risks or delays to the client in advance.

• Ensure commitments, changes, approvals, and delivery instructions are documented clearly.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with design, production, purchase, quality, dispatch, logistics, and accounts teams.

• Ensure client priorities and agreed specifications are understood by all responsible departments.
