Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Admin cum Desktop Support skilled to manage office administration activities and provide first-level IT support across our Bangalore, Mangalore, and Noida offices. The ideal candidate should have excellent troubleshooting, coordination, and organizational skills to ensure smooth office operations and timely IT support.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative operations across the Bangalore, Mangalore, and Noida offices.
- Manage office infrastructure, housekeeping, security, and facility maintenance.
- Maintain office assets, inventory, stationery, and consumables.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, and maintenance.
- Handle courier services, visitor management, and office logistics.
- Support HR, Finance, and Operations teams with administrative activities.




- Ensure meeting rooms and office facilities are well maintained.

Desktop & IT Support
- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, VPN, and business applications.
- Install software, antivirus, security updates, and system patches.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and coordinate repairs with vendors.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, asset allocation, and lifecycle records.
- Coordinate laptop and desktop deployment, collection, repairs, warranty claims, and replacements across all office locations.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing and recovering IT assets.
- Ensure endpoint security software and company IT policies are implemented.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams.
