Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Delivery Executive role based in Madurai. The Delivery Executive is responsible for safely picking up orders from partner restaurants or stores and delivering them to customers within the promised time.



Responsibilities include following navigation routes, maintaining order accuracy, handling cash or digital payments as required, and providing courteous, professional service during each interaction. The role also involves coordinating with the support team through the Swiggy app, adhering to company policies, and ensuring that the vehicle and delivery equipment are well maintained. Delivery Executives are expected to meet performance and punctuality standards while representing Swiggy’s brand and service values in the field.

Qualifications
- Ability to manage Service Delivery tasks efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Basic Project Management or Program Management capabilities to handle multiple deliveries and routes during a shift.
- Customer-focused mindset with Consulting and Sales skills to handle queries, promote offers when needed, and maintain positive customer relationships.
