The Role
We are seeking an on-site Head of Production in Pune to lead our manufacturing operations. You will oversee end-to-end production activities, drive planning and scheduling, manage budgets, and ensure our assembly lines meet strict quality, safety, and delivery targets. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with design, procurement, marketing, and accounting teams to keep operations seamless.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience:
8–10+ years in manufacturing operations, ideally within machinery manufacturing, packaging equipment, or industrial automation.
- Leadership: Proven track record managing shop-floor workers, assembly teams, and service engineers to hit tight timelines.
- Skills: Strong expertise in production planning, workflow optimization, cost control, and lean manufacturing practices.
- Background: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or a related technical discipline).
- Execution: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a process-driven mindset to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
