About the Role

We're looking for a driven and personable Outbound Sales Representative to own the full sales cycle - from first call to closed deal, and ongoing client support after that. This is an end-to-end role: you'll prospect, pitch, negotiate, close, and stay connected with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. If you're confident on the phone, quick on your feet, and motivated by targets, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads/databases and self-sourced research
- Identify customer needs and clearly communicate our value proposition and competitive advantages
- Handle the complete sales cycle: prospecting pitching objection handling negotiation closing
- Set appointments and convert leads into sales opportunities through outbound campaigns (calls, internet leads, referrals)
- Provide post-sale support to clients - onboarding assistance, follow-ups, and issue resolution to ensure retention
- Maintain and grow your own pipeline:



schedule callbacks, track follow-ups, and manage future opportunities
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs and sales targets
- Accurately log all interactions, leads, and deal progress in the CRM
- Stay updated on product/service offerings, pricing, and competitor positioning to handle client queries confidently
- Continuously refine sales pitch, communication style, and negotiation techniques based on feedback and results.

What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in outbound/telesales, inside sales, or a similar closing-focused role
- Excellent verbal communication skills - confident, articulate, and persuasive without being pushy
- Comfort working with CRM tools and basic data entry
- Solid listening skills and the ability to quickly understand customer pain points
- Self-motivated with the discipline to manage your own pipeline and follow-ups
