*MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Act as a Lead Compliance SPOC for designated Business Units in Abbott Specialty Care
- Supporting in OEC monitoring / Internal audit / External audit
- Drive communication programs to improve compliance awareness
- Build compliance assurance culture
- Active contributor in pre-approval meets to ensure compliance adherence
- Review & Monitor Post activity compliance adherence
- Supporting business for smooth execution of all HCP activities
- Monitoring of Plan Vs Execution of all HCP activities
- MIS support to designated Business Units
- Active Participation in Monthly business reviews
- Conduct induction program for Current Joinees on compliance in designated BUs
