Role Description
The Owner role at Best Grade Services is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Owner will oversee daily operations across all service lines, including software and website development, online marketing, consultancy, training, and tuition services. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, defining service offerings, setting business strategy, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role involves supervising team members and contractors, monitoring financial performance, and identifying opportunities for new services or market expansion. The Owner will also contribute to curriculum design for workshops, maintain quality standards, and represent the business in qualified and community networks.
