Role Description
This is a full time,
on-site International BDE/International Sales Executive
role based in
Lucknow.
The Sales Executive will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to generate leads, explain FlairUP’s digital marketing services, and convert qualified prospects into sales opportunities. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting suitable service packages, handling objections, and maintaining a high volume of daily calls.

Qualifications




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and confident phone etiquette.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory. Experience in outbound calling (international process), lead generation & follow-ups
- Own the end-to-end lead generation process, including self-sourcing prospects through cold calling and other outbound sales channels.
- Sales and customer handling skills, such as lead qualification, basic negotiation, objection handling, and relationship building.
- Basic computer and CRM proficiency, including data entry, call logging, and use of productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, email, and call-tracking software).
- Ability to understand and explain digital marketing services (e.g., social media marketing, SEO, web design) to non-technical clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work with daily call targets and monthly sales objectives.
