Job Description
We're looking for a detail-oriented
QA (Software Testing) Intern
to help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web and mobile applications. As a QA Intern, you'll work closely with our product and development teams to test new features, identify bugs, and verify fixes before releases.

This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in software testing, quality assurance, and product development. You'll gain hands-on experience testing real-world applications used by schools, parents, and transport operators while learning industry-standard QA practices.





Success in this role means identifying issues before they reach users, documenting bugs clearly, validating new features, and contributing to a smooth and reliable product experience. You'll also develop strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills while working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities
- Test Android applications, web dashboards, and upcoming product features.
- Execute manual test cases and verify expected functionality.
- Identify, reproduce, and document bugs with explicit descriptions, screenshots, and screen recordings.
- Verify bug fixes after developers resolve reported issues.
- Perform regression testing before new releases.
- Test user flows, forms, navigation, notifications, and overall application usability.
- Report UI, UX, functional, and performance-related issues.
- Collaborate with developers and product team members to clarify issues and improve product quality.
