Role Description
The Sales Promoter role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tezpur. The Sales Promoter is responsible for engaging with customers, explaining Airtel Enterprise Services products and plans, and driving sales conversions at designated retail or field locations. Day-to-day tasks include demonstrating product features, handling customer queries, providing basic service information, and supporting promotional campaigns.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records of leads and sales, coordinating with the local sales team, and ensuring that merchandising and promotional materials are properly displayed. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to customer interaction, consistent follow-up, and adherence to company policies and performance targets.

Qualifications
