Role Description
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the Dehra Dun location, ensuring a seamless in-store experience for all customers. This full-time, on-site role includes managing staff schedules, supervising customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and coordinating rental processes from fitting to returns. The Store Manager monitors inventory,



implements retail loss prevention measures, and ensures that store policies and procedures are followed. This role also involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, tracking sales performance, and contributing to local marketing and promotional activities. The Store Manager collaborates closely with leadership to align store performance with company goals and brand standards.

Qualifications
