Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and confident Field Supervisors to manage labour/workers at field level and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at project sites. The candidate should have good leadership skills, basic documentation knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with workers and management effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise labour/workers at field locations
- Manage daily attendance and workforce coordination
- Ensure proper discipline and smooth work execution at site
- Maintain basic documentation and daily reports
- Coordinate with operations and management teams
- Resolve worker-related issues at site level
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work




- Conduct regular field monitoring and reporting

Requirements:
- Local candidate from Faridabad preferred
- Minimum Graduate / 12th Pass
- Experience in handling labour/workers at field level preferred
- Valuable communication and leadership skills
- Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting
- Presentable and responsible personality

- Basic MS Excel/WhatsApp reporting knowledge preferred

Additional Details:
- Field-based role

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
