Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of International Sales Executives.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Handle escalations and provide resolutions to customer concerns.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes.
- Develop strategies to improve team productivity and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with management to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
