JOB Description:
MUST HAVE:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant, with a dedicated focus on Oracle Cloud Workforce Management (WFM) / Workforce Scheduling (WFS) or Oracle EBS Time & Labor.
- Deep understanding of complex labor laws, collective bargaining agreements (unions), shift differentials, overtime rules, and fatigue management policies.
- Proven experience completing at least 12 full-lifecycle Oracle WFS/WFM implementations.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams on integrations (HCM, Payroll, Third-Party systems), Quick Formulas, and OTBI/BIP reporting.
