Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Growth Marketing Specialist (SEO) with hands-on

experience in organic search, B2B lead generation, and AI-driven search optimization. The

ideal candidate should have solid expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO, along

with a solid understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), content quality, and

evolving search engine trends.

This role requires someone who can develop and execute SEO strategies that improve

website rankings, drive high-quality organic traffic,



and contribute directly to business

growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO

strategies.
- Plan and implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to improve

visibility across AI-powered search platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
- Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and content for better search

performance.
- Work closely with the content team to ensure content aligns with SEO best practices

and maintains high quality.
- Drive organic traffic growth and improve keyword rankings for B2B websites.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through effective organic marketing initiatives.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search

Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Analyze traffic trends, user behavior, and SEO
