Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Recruitment Specialist
with proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and managing recruitment mandates across levels. The role requires strong proficiency in headhunting, networking, and social media recruitment, along with the ability to leverage AI tools for enhanced hiring efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process across mid to senior-level positions.
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, and professional networks.
- Screen and evaluate profiles to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Utilize AI-powered recruitment tools to improve sourcing, shortlisting, and candidate engagement.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future mandates.
- Partner with account managers and clients to understand position requirements and deliver high-quality profiles within defined timelines.
- Ensure effective candidate communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards for performance monitoring.
